本招标项目为中交四航院塞内加尔恩达亚港防波堤和护岸工程项目，招标人为中交第四航务工程勘察设计院有限公司，该项目已具备招标条件，现对车辆采购进行公开招标公示。

2.项目概况与招标范围Project Overview and Tendering Scope

2.1本项目建设地址位于塞内加尔恩达亚港，工程内容包括修建1396米主防波堤，其中包括126米护岸-防波堤连接段、灯桩及检修码头；1760米北护岸和西护岸（Cp65-Cp325），以及纳泥区东南护岸等工作。

The construction site of this project is located at Port Ndaya, Senegal. The project content includes the construction of a 1,396-meter main breakwater, which includes a 126-meter revetment-breakwater connection section, a light beacon, and a maintenance wharf; a 1,760-meter north revetment and west revetment (Cp65-Cp325), as well as the construction of the southeast revetment of the mud disposal area, etc.

3. 投标人资格要求Qualification Requirements for Bidders

3.1具有合法、有效的营业执照。(提供《营业执照》复印件)

Possess a legal and valid business license. (Provide a copy of the Business License)

3.2不得为中交集团层级/四航院层级黑名单的市场主体

Shall not be a market entity on the blacklist of China Communications Construction Group level / CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Institute level

3.3本次招标不接受联合体投标

Joint venture bids are not accepted in this tender.
