The layout will be optimized, humanized service facilities will be added, and strict adherence to the "Shanghai Environmental Sanitation Public Toilet Aging and Child friendly Standards and Acceptance Standards" (Trial) will be implemented. The main work content of this project includes adding access handrails, high and low basins, updating sanitary ware, and partial repairs. According to the requirements of document Caiku [2020] No. 46, this project is specifically aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (c)本项目的特定资格要求：①未被列入“****网站失信被执行人名单、重大税收违法案件当事人名单和中****网(********)政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单的供应商，被列入上述名单的供应商不得参与政府采购投标活动；②具有依法注册成立的独立法人资格,具备中华人民共和国企业法人营业执照及相应的经营范围，企业营业执照需经年审合格；③具有建筑装修装饰工程专业承包二级及以上资质；④项目经理须具备建筑工程专业二级及以上注册建造师执业资格；⑤根据财库[2020]46号文要求，本项目专门面向中小企业，投标人需提供《中小企业声明函》；⑥本项目不接受联合体投标。 (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:① Suppliers who are not included in the "Credit China" website (******** ********) list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties involved in major tax violations, and the China Government Procurement Network (******** ********) list of records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement shall not participate in government procurement bidding activities; ② Having the independent legal person qualification registered and established in accordance with the law, possessing the business license of the People's Republic of China as an enterprise legal person and corresponding business scope, and the business license of the enterprise must pass the annual review; ③ Having the qualification of second level or above in professional contracting of building decoration engineering; ④ The project manager must possess a second level or higher registered constructor qualification in the field of construction engineering; ⑤ According to the requirem (i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定； (i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (ii)未被“信用中国”、中****网（********）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单； (ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" , China Government Procurement Network (********);
